What exactly are Not Bad Snacks?
Soft refrigerated nut butter bites made with real ingredients, ridiculous texture, and that don’t taste like punishment. They are… well, not bad.
Do they need to stay refrigerated?
Yep. Because real food lives in the fridge. But you can absolutely take them on the go — they’ll survive at least a good couple weeks at room temperature. Just watch out for very warm weather where the chocolate might melt (which honestly… we kind of like).
How long do they last?
They stay fresh for up to 6 months refrigerated. They can also handle room temperature for shorter periods, which makes them great for on-the-go snacking.
Are they actually filling?
Very. The mix of nut butters, protein, and fiber makes them surprisingly satisfying for such a small snack.
Are they vegan and gluten-free?
Yes — all Not Bad Snacks are plant-based and gluten-free.
Why are they refrigerated?
Because we use real ingredients and avoid a bunch of preservatives and weird shelf-stable filler stuff.
What do they taste like?
Like a dessert that accidentally became a functional snack.
Where are they made?
Made in Vancouver, BC by two sleep-deprived snack obsessives and one tiny taste tester named Olivia.
How should I eat/store them?
Keep them refrigerated for best texture and freshness. Eat them cold straight from the fridge, or throw them in your bag and snack whenever life gets chaotic.

How will my snacks be shipped?
We currently ship across Canada using standard shipping carriers. Orders are packed carefully to help your snacks arrive safely and snack-ready.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yep — free shipping on orders of 2 cases or more. Because nobody likes paying for shipping.
When will I get my order?
Most orders ship within a few business days. Delivery timing depends on your location, but we try to get snacks into your hands as fast as humanly possible.
What if my snacks arrive damaged?
If something shows up looking like it lost a fight during shipping, send us a photo and we’ll make it right.
Can I return my order?
Because these are food products, we generally can’t accept returns. But if there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Do the snacks stay refrigerated during shipping?
Not always — and that’s okay. They’re designed to handle time outside the fridge during shipping and everyday life. Just refrigerate them once they arrive for best texture and freshness
